  • What is the 2 Minute Move-In®?
    StoreEase has invested in a revolutionary move-in experience at our facilities. The StoreEase App allows for a quick 2 Minute Move-In® at all our locations. This iPad based App is located in our Customer Rental Centers and was designed to get you moved in and on your way as fast as possible.
  • What are Virtual Managers®?
    Our Virtual Managers® are highly trained and competent facility managers. They will be there to greet you when you arrive and assist you with anything you need while on-site. Their sole focus is on your storage experience. If you need anything, just let them know and they will go above and beyond to accommodate you.
  • What about Convenience?
    Gates, Access Points and Units are controlled via bluetooth encryption on your smartphone. Gone are the days of remembering keycodes and keeping up with keys.
  • Are the facilities safe?
    Absolutely. Our Virtual Managers® monitor our facilities. Our State-of-the-Art Security measures operate constantly to ensure the facility is protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • What if I need to speak with someone while on site?
    Technology throughout our facility lets us manage and control every aspect of your storage experience virtually. Our Virtual Managers® can assist you in any situation that may arise. This allows us to bring you a superior product and experience at a better price.
  • What are the access hours?
    It’s our goal to make storing as convenient as possible. Check your StoreEase individual location for hours of operation. Most are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • What types of storage units are offered?
    Smart Climate Control Units with Humidity Monitoring, and Smart Non-Climate Control Units.
  • How do I pay my storage bill?
    Pay your bill here on our website, over the phone, or in person at the property.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept all major debit or credit cards (e.g. American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa), or check.
  • Are there any administrative fees?
    All that’s due upfront is your first month’s rent and a security deposit. This security deposit is refunded when you move out.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Check our website or contact our Virtual Managers® for discount plans because they change periodically.
  • Should I have storage insurance?
    Insurance is required for your stay at a StoreEase location. We have plans for you to choose from when you move in or you can provide your own policy.
  • How do I manage my account?
    Here on our website, or on your smartphone through the StoreEase App.
