How to Rent Your Storage Unit

  • What is the 2 Minute Move-In®?
    StoreEase has designed a revolutionary move-in experience at our facilities. The StoreEase Move In App allows for a quick 2 Minute Move-In® at all of our locations. This app is located in our Customer Rental Centers as well as on our website for after hours rentals and was designed to get you moved in and on your way as fast as possible.
  • What are Virtual Managers®?
    Our Virtual Managers® are highly trained and competent facility managers. They will be there to greet you when you arrive and assist you with anything you need while on-site. Their sole focus is improving your storage experience. If you need anything, just let them know and they will go above and beyond to accommodate you.

Security, Features, And Amenities

  • What type of storage units does StoreEase offer?
    We offer a wide selection of standard non-climate storage units and units with smart climate control and humidity monitoring. We also offer indoor and outdoor car storage options at many of our locations.
  • What can you store in a StoreEase unit?
    You can store most items in a StoreEase unit. Some of the items that are prohibited include food, firearms, hazardous materials, money, unregistered vehicles, irreplaceable items, and stolen or illegal goods. If you’re unsure if what you’re storing is allowed, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Is StoreEase convenient?
    Yes, StoreEase facilities are convenient and easy to access. Facility gates, access points, and units are controlled via Bluetooth encryption on your smartphone. No need to remember a code or key.
  • Can I speak with someone while on-site at a StoreEase location?
    Absolutely! Our Virtual Managers® are always available during office hours and can assist you in any situation that may arise. Technology throughout our facility lets us manage and control every aspect of your storage experience virtually. This allows us to bring you a superior product and experience at a better price.
  • Are StoreEase facilities safe?
    Absolutely. Our Virtual Managers® monitor our facilities. Our State-of-the-Art Security measures operate constantly to ensure the facility is protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • What are the access hours at StoreEase?
    Hours of operation may vary from location to location. Most StoreEase facilities are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment and Insurance

  • How do I pay my StoreEase storage bill?
    You can pay your StoreEase bill online, over the phone, or in person at the property.
  • What forms of payment does StoreEase accept?
    We accept all major debit or credit cards (e.g. American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa) or ACH.
  • Does StoreEase offer discounts?
    Check our website or contact our Virtual Managers® for discount plans because they change periodically.
  • Does StoreEase require storage insurance?
    Insurance is required to store your items at StoreEase. We offer protection plans or you can seek coverage from your insurance company.
  • How do I manage my StoreEase account?
    You can manage your StoreEase account online or through the StoreEase app.
